After you place your order, we will contact you once stock availability has been confirmed, and we kindly ask that payment be made in advance by bank transfer within one week.
After confirming payment, we will proceed with shipment and import arrangements.
*We sincerely apologize, but bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
Please do not make a transfer before receiving notice from our store that stock has been secured. ※If payment is made before our notice, any refund will be issued after deducting the bank transfer fee.

・Cash on Delivery (Cash Payment) ※No handling fee

We will contact you by email before shipment.
Please make payment when receiving the delivery.
The upper limit for cash on delivery is 10,000.
※The collection period for cash on delivery is within 5–8 days from the shipping date, so please receive the item within that period.
※If the item cannot be received due to long absence or refusal, cash on delivery may be unavailable for future orders.

If the card information and the orderer’s information do not match, payment cannot be processed due to system limitations.

Returns & Cancellations

※We accept free returns and exchanges within 30 days after the product arrives.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the item.

However, please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.

・Products that have been scratched, stained, or damaged while in the customer’s possession
・Special-order items
・Products that have been altered (including engraving)
