About Pre-Order Items

Products marked with the inventory status 【Pre-Order】 are applicable to this category.
As these items are currently in short supply at official U.S. stores and are difficult to source,
this procedure is for registering in advance so that we can contact you with priority once production begins at the Chrome Hearts factory and the arrival of the item is confirmed.

• ・As the estimated arrival date is completely undecided, we are unable to provide a specific restock timeframe.
  Please place your order only after understanding that it may take some time.
• ・If you would like to receive a restock notification for your desired item, please make sure to place an order first.

[About Payment]

The following payment methods are available:
<Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery>

Once stock has been secured, we will proceed with payment instructions for bank transfer or process your credit card and other payment methods.
・In the case of credit card payment
Until stock is secured, our store will not charge your card company, so no payment will be deducted. However, please note that your card limit may be temporarily reserved.

・In the case of bank transfer
Please do not make a bank transfer before receiving our confirmation that stock has been secured.
※If you make a transfer before receiving our notice, any refund will be issued after deducting the bank transfer fee. Thank you for your understanding.

※Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate, and due to price increases on the Chrome Hearts side, our selling prices may also change. The final sales price will be based on the price at the time the item arrives, not the price at the time of order.

[Order Process]

1. After your order is confirmed, an automatic order confirmation email and an email from our store will be sent.
※Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder as the email may be filtered there.
If you do not receive an email from our store after waiting 2–3 days, please contact us.
